Ali has a holistic approach towards improving mental health and wellbeing with a specific interest in helping people to connect with themselves.
Ali has been influenced by and has had accredited training in Yin yoga and is influenced by this knowledge in her clinical practice.
We have an understanding that trauma resides in the body and that the body can be likened to being the book of our lives. Through Yin yoga practice we can develop a way to tune into our body and listen to the knowledge that it holds.
By working on areas that may have become physically stuck, we can release stuck emotions safely and
be able to heal and let go of that which is no longer serving us.
Ali is also draws upon the wisdom of mindfulness and meditation and is attuned in Reiki.
Ali draws upon arts psychotherapy, yoga, meditation and reiki, she tailors the most suitable approach to meet the individual’s needs and goals.
