Community Projects

Offscript believes in keeping the community spirit alive and kicking through creative expression work that promotes self awareness and a sense of belonging.

Offscript's aim is to support children and young people in the community who otherwise would not be eligible to receive help.

Our long term goal is that by encouraging the community to take part in arts and drama activities and therapies we can help support to significantly improve self-esteem, communication skills and encourage social interaction.

Our hope is to see improved social inclusion, opportunities for all and support those who are at risk and vulnerable.

Most recent projects have been open to the local community in Hoxton with the aim to increase awareness and access to the creative arts therapies.

Offscript are generously funded by the National Lottery and Children in Need which has facilitated the delivery of Dramatherapy and Creative projects in the community.

Projects have taken place in Alternative Education provisions, within local charities and we have taken theatre projects into the wider community as part of the Brighton Fringe Festival.
